Joseph Charles
de Blezer is a famous sculptor of the XIX-th
century. Indeed he realized monumental works which
took away a big success.
Recently one of its
works found to acquereur, in London on the
17/12/2000 during an auction for the 7135-FF sum
(more of 1000 Euro) for a similar sculpture of
dimensions.
He was born in GAND
in Belgium and made afterward naturalized
Frenchman. He is the pupil of CLESINGER and the
school of the Beautiful Arts. He exposed to the
show from 1870 till 1881. He was the author of a
colossal bust in plaster of John Brown in the show
of 1870.
